Shipping and returns
Delivery
We make sure your order is delivered quickly and safely. Delivery time depends on your location:
- Tbilisi — 1 business day, the day after you order
- Regions — 2–3 business days
- Other cities — 2–3 business days
The delivery cost is shown at checkout. Payment is made on delivery.
Returns
Products can be returned within 1 week of delivery. A returned product must meet the following criteria:
- It must be unopened and undamaged
- It must be the same product you purchased
- There must be a legitimate reason for the return
To return a product, contact us — a courier will collect it free of charge.
Damage and problems
Please check your order on delivery and contact us if a product is damaged, items are missing or the order is wrong — we will fix it right away.
Exceptions
The following products cannot be returned:
- Items bought during a sale
- Items bought with a promo code
- Opened items
Refunds
Our team will inspect the returned product. If it is in good condition, you will be refunded within 3–5 business days.
